Over the past ten months, Koka Gakuen Elementary School has been very lucky to have Sister Tam assisting in a variety of roles at the school. Originally from Ha Tinh in Vietnam, Sister Tam has called Japan home for the past five years. Sister Tam is a sister of the Daughters Of Mary Immaculate, and her warm and friendly personality has made her very popular among the elementary students. Recently, Sister Tam has been assisting in both religion and English classes. Many students have benefited greatly from her knowledge of the English language, as well as her warm and caring classroom manner. The fourth grade students were particularly interested to learn about Sister Tam’s daily routine during a recent lesson on time and schedules. Thank you Sister Tam!
