Our sixth grade students this week began making cultural exchange videos for a Catholic Elementary School in New York City. The purpose of this program is to give the students a chance to experience a different culture by making videos about Japan and by watching the videos (about the U.S.A) sent in return. It also gives the students a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them. Moreover, it’s a lot of fun!
